Rod graduated with a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah

Rod’s experience in operations and finance spans almost 20 years. He has held multiple leadership positions at many white-shoe firms including Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Rod graduated with a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. He began his career at E*Trade Financial (now Morgan Stanley) as a derivatives manager in the firm’s options desk.
Rod oversees business process optimization, integration and driving adoption. Rod’s relentless attention to detail allows him to help clients in key areas of process analysis and operational optimization, helping business owners streamline production, increase output, and decrease costs.

Amber Taylor serves as the Director of Business Development at RightValueReady. She attended school for business administration at BYU-I and Weber State. She has worked in finance and planning since 2021 and is passionate about helping provide education and content that is helpful and brings peace of mind to her clients. Amber works to find business owners, families, and individuals who will most benefit from our RightValueReady services. She is director of all marketing and sales efforts for RVR.
