With over 35 years of experience working in accounting and wealth management, Duane Toney is skilled in investment management, tax minimization, succession planning, and wealth protection. Duane graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s in accounting and Master of Accountancy with Honors from Brigham Young University. He then began his career as a Certified Public Accountant working in taxation with a national CPA firm. In 2002, Duane founded his firm and did his own successful exit in 2025.
Duane is rigorously and continually trained as a CPA/PFS, Investment Advisor Representative, Insurance Producer, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor ® (CEPA®). He has a breadth of knowledge and prides himself in honoring stringent ethical standards while providing an objective, holistic, and comprehensive service for the families and business owners he serves. Duane helps individuals identify their goals and build financial confidence with a careful plan, to enhance life fulfillment. He is passionate about helping business owners maximize the value of their businesses to well transition from ownership’s burdens to find their freedom.

Rod’s experience in operations and finance spans almost 20 years. He has held multiple leadership positions at many white-shoe firms including Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investments, and Wells Fargo Advisors. Rod graduated with a Master of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah. He began his career at E*Trade Financial (now Morgan Stanley) as a derivatives manager in the firm’s options desk.
Rod oversees business process optimization, integration and driving adoption. Rod’s relentless attention to detail allows him to help clients in key areas of process analysis and operational optimization, helping business owners streamline production, increase output, and decrease costs.
